Three endings:

1 - Good ending - Kill everyone - In the ceiling with the water drip, in the floor crack, in a box within the dark room.

2 - Meh ending - Kill some people but get the intel - Kill at least one people but not all, then proceed to the right side of the house. Pick up the tiny box and make your exit.

3 - Bad ending - Do not kill anyone, get the tiny box of intel as mentioned above, then make your exit.
